Hi Friend,

I hope 2022 is treating you well. I don't do as well as winter wears on, so right now I'm in recovery from the winter mode. Every day of sun and I feel better and better.

Luckily I have friends who take me out and do stuff with me. A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure to take a friend to one of my fav and easiest to see urbex spots.

Some people wonder how I see what I see, and sometimes it's just the outcome of a great location. This is true of the Richmond Pier.
